1) Routine maintenance (every 8h)

a. Routine maintenance after the pump stops: scrub the equipment, clean the oil and scale;

b. Check that the cover is well aligned and not loose;

c. Check that the bearing temperature of the unit does not exceed 80℃. The bearing bush is below 70℃, and clean the dust absorbed by the motor fan;

d. Check that the lubricating oil level meets the requirements, and timely add the insufficient parts and clean the breathing valve;

e. Check and adjust the pressure of the pressure cap of the sealing function, make the packing leakage of 30 ~ 50 drops /rain is appropriate, clean the sealing function groove, the bottom debris, and unblock the drainage hole;

f. Check instruments and safety parts to be sensitive, accurate and reliable; Achieve not dirty, not loose, no leakage.

2) Primary maintenance operation (500h±24h)

a. Execute the routine insurance job content;

b. Clean the pump into the El filter, clean the filter screen and the inner wall of the filter cylinder; Clean the water meter, check the water meter is intact and sensitive, check the sealing surface of the pump inlet and discharge valve, smooth, no burr, no crack;

c. Check the wear and tear of copper pressure cap, guide ring and packing inside the sealing box, and replace them in time if they fail to meet the requirements;

d. Observe the oil quality without abnormal color, clean the inner wall of the crankcase respirator and filter screen; Cleaning oil gauge window, cleaning machine oil pump inlet filter screen, pipeline. Cleaning the inner wall of oil pump filter cup and filter screen; Adjusting oil pump pressure in 0.2 ~ O.4MPa;

e. Check the bolts of fastening the transmission parts;

f. Check the import and export process and valves, and replace those that need to be replaced immediately.
